Isibali se-Reactive Strength Index
I-Reactive Strength Index iyisivivinyo esivame senkundla samandla aqhumayo, asabelayo kubagxumi nabagijimi abasheshayo. Faka ukuphakama kwakho kokugxuma kwe-drop nesikhathi sakho sokuthinta phansi, futhi lesi sibali sikubuyisela i-RSI yakho — ukuphakama kokugxuma kuhlukaniswe ngesikhathi sokuthinta — kanye nebhandi lesilinganiso.
